| Two Google tools I use extensively are Calendar and Tasks. Now they are integrated so that date specific tasks show up in your calendar and can be moved from day to day on the calendar. |
This video shows how the Google Tasks and Google Calendar work together.
Thanks very much for this info. A couple question I have are:
A. Scenario: I need to book a few meetings. Didnt decide when yet. Can I put them in Calendar somewhere with no specific date and time, and at a later date, come back to it and set the specific time and date. I do want these seperated from the tasks.
B. Can I move a few meetings or tasks to another date and time, all at once? (Like drag two items at once?
You can’t put items on a calendar without a date.. you can put them as tasks without a date, however…
I don’t know if you can move multiple tasks or calendar items at 1 time.. will look into it.
Thanks. I understand that part. However I would like to keep potential meeting seperate than ordinary tasks. Unless I need to treat tasks and meeting in an equal way?
I don’t really see how to accomplish this. At least, not with Google calendar. If I were doing the same thing I might just create a Google spreadsheet and put those calendar items in there.
thanks so much for your input.
